The Fort St. John Mother’s Day Run & Walk is a community charity run in BC that brings people together to celebrate Mother’s Day while making a difference.
This fun run in Fort St. John raises vital funds for the Fort St. John Women’s Resource Society, supporting Skye’s Place, a second-stage housing program where women and children can heal and rebuild their lives.

About the Fort St. John Women’s Resource Society
The Fort St. John Women’s Resource Society is a Canadian registered charity dedicated to supporting low- and no-income individuals in our community. We provide essential services to women, men, children, 2SLGBTQI+ individuals, Indigenous people, and immigrants, ensuring a safe and inclusive space for all.
From domestic violence support and legal advocacy to food security programs and transitional housing, we empower individuals and families to rebuild their lives.

The Fort St. John Women’s Resource Society is a Registered Canadian Charity serving low-income families in the community. The run raise funds for Skye’s Place, a second-stage housing for women escaping violence. The event is held annually on Mother’s Day in Fort St. John, BC.
